Where to Meet Weasel Port Solutions This Autumn

Autumn 2026, Weasel Port Solutions is taking the conversation on smarter ferry and ro-pax operations to maritime, logistics and investor events across Europe.

WPS will meet ports, operators, partners and investors across several events this autumn.

The autumn event season is a busy one for Weasel Port Solutions — and for a good reason.

After the Baltic Ports Conference in Turku, the conversations around port digitalisation, ferry terminal operations and operational control are continuing across Finland and Europe. For WPS, this autumn is all about building the next phase of our market presence and meeting the people who shape the future of ferry and ro-pax operations.

During the coming months, the WPS team will meet port representatives, ferry operators, logistics professionals, maritime technology partners and investors in several different settings. Each event brings a different perspective: national port development, international ferry operations, maritime ecosystems, logistics, startup growth and future investment.

A stronger presence in the market

WPS is moving into a phase where visibility matters – but not visibility for its own sake.

We want to be part of the conversations where practical port digitalisation is discussed: how terminals operate, how passenger and vehicle flows are managed, how operators and ports share information, and how complex daily operations can become more controllable.

This autumn, you can meet the WPS team at:

  • Satamapäivät, Vaasa, Finland — 15–16 September
  • International Maritime Conference, Tallinn, Estonia — 24–25 September
  • Bits & Pretzels, Munich, Germany — 28–30 September
  • European Ferry Shipping Summit, Athens, Greece — 8–9 October
  • Maritime Fair, Turku, Finland — 29–30 October
  • Slush, Helsinki, Finland — 18–19 November
  • Navigate 2026, Turku, Finland — 24–25 November

The list reflects the breadth of what WPS is becoming. We are not only talking to one type of audience. We are speaking with ports that operate complex terminals, ferry operators that need smoother turnarounds, logistics and technology partners that understand operational ecosystems, and investors interested in critical infrastructure software.

Let’s talk about controllable operations

The core question we will keep bringing to these events is simple:

How can ferry and ro-pax ports move from fragmented information toward one shared operational view – and from there toward better control?

For ports, this question is practical. It concerns daily flow, customer experience, safety, coordination and decision-making under time pressure.

For investors and partners, it points to a wider market opportunity: many critical port operations still rely on disconnected tools, manual coordination and local workarounds. That creates room for platforms that can make complex operations easier to understand, manage and scale.

This autumn is a good moment to continue that conversation.

If you are attending any of these events, come and say hello. We are happy to discuss ferry terminal operations, port digitalisation, passenger and vehicle flows, operational control – or simply where your port sees the next practical step.

The best conversations start with a practical question: where does your terminal need more control?
